Presentation Schedule:

• November 11, 2026 at 15.00-17.00
• November 12, 2026 at 09.00-12.00 and 13.00-16.00

Presentation Duration:

               Each oral presentation is allocated 10 minutes for presentation followed by 5 minutes for a question-and-answer (Q&A) session. Presenters are required to adhere strictly to the allotted time.

Presentation Content:

The presentation should be organized into the following sections:

• Introduction
• Objectives
• Materials and Methods
• Results
• Discussion
• Conclusion

Submission of Presentation File

               Presenters must submit their presentation file in PDF format (.pdf) via email no later than 9 November 2026.

On-site File Upload

               On the day of the event, presenters are required to upload their presentation file prior to the start of their scheduled session.

Backup Copy

               Presenters must bring a backup copy of their presentation on a USB flash drive.

Presenter Responsibilities

               Presenters should arrive at the session room in advance and be prepared to participate in the interactive Q&A session following their presentation. All presenters are expected to comply with the conference schedule and guidelines.
